Two ways to work together:
Both start with the same free conversation. You don't have to choose now; we work it out together on the call. This is coaching, not clinical therapy. We work on clarity, patterns, boundaries and next steps. If what you're carrying needs clinical care, I'll say so plainly and help you find the right person.

A Single Session
For one specific thing you need to think clearly about. A decision, a conversation you're dreading, a season you can't name, etc.
$65 for 60 minutes (additional 15 mins FREE if needed.)
-
One hour, one-on-one, by secure Zoom
-
You leave with language and a next step
-
No commitment to anything further

Coaching Package
For the things one conversation won't shift. Church hurt, Long term trauma, long exhaustion, etc don't unwind in an hour.
$220 for 4 sessions (additional sessions can be added for the discounted rate)
-
A set rhythm so momentum doesn't stall
-
Work on boundaries, capacity and recovery over time
-
Email and text message access between sessions

What actually happens on the free call:
You talk, I listen
You tell me where you are, in whatever words you've got. There's no right way to describe it and no part of it that will shock me.
I tell you what I see
Honestly. Including whether coaching is the right fit, or whether what you need is something else entirely.
You decide, later
Nothing is sold on this call. If you want to keep going, you tell me once you've had time to think about it.
FAQ
Q: You consult for churches. What if the church is what hurt me?
A: Then you're exactly who I wrote that plan for. Working with churches doesn't mean defending them. I've seen up close what institutions do to people, and I am not here to talk you back into a pew. I'm here to help you heal, and whatever you decide about church afterward is yours to decide.
Q: Do I have to live in Texas?
A: No. Sessions happen over secure Zoom, so we can work together wherever you are in the world.
Q: Is this therapy?
A: No, Coaching works forward. We start from where you are, look at what’s keeping you stuck, and build from there: clarity, boundaries, capacity, the patterns that keep repeating, the next right step. Therapy diagnoses and treats mental health conditions clinically, sometimes medically.
If what you’re carrying needs clinical care, I’ll tell you plainly and help you find the right person. And if you’re already seeing a therapist, coaching can work alongside that.
Q: Will anyone know I reached out?
A: No one. Not your church, not your board, not your staff, not your family. I know exactly what the stigma costs in these circles, and I treat your privacy accordingly.
Q: Do I have to be a Christian?
A: No. But I’ll be honest about where I’m coming from: my work is biblically grounded. Scripture shapes how I understand people, pain and healing, and that’s the foundation underneath everything I do.
What it doesn’t mean is that I’ll preach at you. I’ll meet you in your faith where you're at. And if you’re somewhere complicated with God right now — angry, distant, unsure — that’s welcome here too. Some of the most honest work happens there. I won’t push belief on anyone who hasn’t asked for it.
